The news of our closure was not easy for us to accept, but given the current state of the market, it's clear that there is no other choice for us. Over the past few years, we have worked hard to transform the hotel into one that better meets the needs of our guests. Despite these efforts, we weren't able to turn around our financial situation and remain true to our brand identity.
We would like to thank you for your patronage over the years. We hope that you will find another NYC hotel that offers the quality of service and amenities that we were so proud to provide each and every day at The Plaza.
