The Oracle is the first in a new generation of town centre shopping and leisure developments to be built in this country. On the retail side, The Oracle features two major department stores, Debenhams and House of Fraser, as well as Boots and 90 other retail units, including niche brands such as Karen Millen, and The Disney Store. But it offers much more than shopping: The Oracle is a total leisure experience.
The Riverside development forms an important part of The Oracle Centre, and offers some great restaurants and bars plus a nightlife that truly buzzes.
There is something to suit everyone - with cafes, coffee shops and bars to suit all tastes and budgets - from busy bars with dance floors to restaurants offering an excellent range of exquisite food, all in a unique setting. Chilli's, for example, is set within an amazing circular glass and steel structure jutting out over the River Kennet, which passes through the midst of the Oracle complex.
